Postpartum exercise, is it to soon to do some beginner yoga poses....? - pilates how many weeks till result
I have started three weeks after delivery, and really need training, as a way to help my own body. I have a history of eating disorders and I feel in my picture wise. I will do anything, more intense and the danger for me, but it is necessary to begin any exercise regime to get ready for heavy things after my doctor OK.
I have a DVD of yoga beginner, and I think that setting up a walking routine every evening with my dog. I have three weeks to check on me. After his return to the gym for Pilates, aerobics and weights.
Do you have suggestions for the training of light, the return will help me develop a routine?

You can begin to exercise on pages 2 weeks. That's what my doctor told me ... He said do what is reasonable ...
I also think that you just had a baby and not everyone will jump to the front of the pregnancy. You have to care much as a mother, and you need so you can respect what you seem. I had a very low self-image, so I know what you mean. Another thing is that women are prone to depression after the baby .. So be careful
